If your emergency contacts already know where you live, leave this blank. We only use the address to include it in the welfare-check script we send your contacts during an escalation — if they already know, they don't need it from us. Storing less data also means less to lose if our database is ever compromised.

What happens if you stop checking in

The default escalation timeline. All of these intervals are adjustable in Settings after signup.

  1. Up to 24h All quiet. You get a daily check-in email (and SMS if you're on the SMS tier) — one tap and the clock resets.
  2. 36h Urgent reminder lands — you've missed your daily window by 12 hours. Still just between us, no one else contacted.
  3. 48h Your emergency contacts are alerted with a welfare-check script.
  4. ~30 days Pre-written final messages release to their recipients (default — you can pick a sooner or later schedule for each one).
